Typically, Lindley compiles a fabulous five course tasting menu showcasing the gourmet package offered in the Springett Suite. Guests receive a glass of champagne on arrival and the menu focuses on ingredients from bespoke producers.
Gary Bates and Andy Wardle, members of Lindley's creative team, along with other top chefs, are often on hand at Hillsborough to produce the dishes on the menu and talk about the recipes and local produce that has been selected.
